Neighborhood Connections’ 2025 Impact Report reflects a year of resident-led action, relationship-building, and collective impact across Cleveland and East Cleveland. In a time marked by division and uncertainty, neighbors came together to strengthen trust, create spaces of belonging, and lead meaningful change in their communities. Through the Neighbor Up Network, residents organized around issues like neighborhood safety, food justice, arts and culture, and grassroots leadership development.
