Neighbor Night

Neighbor Nights are regular gatherings of residents and other members of an existing geographic community who come together to meet one another, build trust, support one another and get good, timely information.

Neighbor Night provides a structure, while the participants create the agenda. They raise and connect around issues that matter to them, then work together towards positive change.

It’s a fun way to meet the neighbors, plan and take action, together.

A team of 8-12 trained and prepared connectors must be willing to relentlessly invite residents to the experience. Staff members and stewards can support action efforts when invited to do so.
