Empty lots are sca
ttered across many neighborhoods. Folks in North Collinwood turned one in their neighborhood into the Waterloo Sculpture Garden. They used a grant from Neighborhood Connections, with additional funding from Cuyahoga Arts & Culture, to host activities at the garden and create energy in the neighborhood.
