East Technical High School

In Cleveland alone, an astonishing 35,000 trees are lost every year. This loss of trees negatively impacts property values, water quality and the attractiveness of our neighborhoods. Western Reserve Land Conservancy launched their Reforest Our City program to reverse this trend; they are working with community partners to plant and maintain thousands of trees throughout the city.

On Arbor Day, April 29, students from Cleveland’s East Tech and Collinwood high schools will partner with the Land Conservancy for a tree-planting “Unity Day” event hosted by DoMore4:Good (DM4G).

You and your colleagues are invited to participate in the full schedule of Unity Day festivities. We sincerely hope you will join us for the opening remarks and ceremonial Arbor Day tree planting!
