Cuyahoga County’s urban residents suffer from poor health and live decades less than their suburban neighbors. HIP-Cuyahoga works to give everyone the same chance to be healthy so our community can be healthier too!

Join us for a Community Day focused on health, Saturday, September 26, at 9:30 am at Shaw High School.

We need voices from Glenville, Collinwood and East Cleveland, but all are welcome!
