Self-Care Month with Neighbor Up

New sessions added! We’re excited to launch Self-Care Month with Neighbor Up.

Neighbor Up members will be offering a variety of online gatherings that can help people practice self-care and address the ongoing stress of the pandemic. Members will be hosting sessions dedicated to yoga, InterPlay – an antidote to stress and cynicism – and The Circle of Trust® approach for safe space to nurture personal and professional courage. Check out an upcoming session.

Lee Kay hosts Zentangle® Time with Lee

The Zentangle® Method is an easy-to-learn, relaxing, and fun way to create beautiful images by drawing structured patterns.

Joan Greenwood hosts Interplay

InterPlay is devoted to fun. It teaches the language and ethic of play in a deep and powerful way. If you are convinced that seriousness is the path to inner wisdom, then you might want to look elsewhere. If you would like to become a “recovering serious person,” then InterPlay might be for you.

Tony Vento & Erika Brown host a Circle of Renewal: When Tomorrow is Uncertain, Navigating from Within

In this time of great change, you are invited to a welcoming, respectful online space to listen to yourself in good company. Feeling pulled in many directions? Come take a break to recharge your inner power and tap your strengths. This space is for you, not for you to take care of other people. All are welcome!
